Agreement to Conditions of Use of Drawings and Specifications

The drawings and specifications contained on this web site are the property of HeartWood Fine Windows and Doors, a division of Rochester Colonial Mfg. Corp. and Rochester Colonial Mfg. Corp., and are protected by copyright law. In consideration for granting you access to the drawings and specifications contained on this site, you agree to and/or represent the following: You are an architect currently licensed in one or more jurisdictions. You, and your employees and/or agents, will not furnish these drawings or specifications in any form or format to any person or entity not regularly in your employ, except that you may include these drawings and specifications on shop drawings that you furnish to a person or entity that has retained your services for a specific project. You, and your employees and/or agents, will not permit any person or entity not regularly in your employ, to access this restricted area using your name or firm information. You, and your employees and/or agents, will notify us immediately if you become aware of the unauthorized use of our drawings and specifications by any party and/or entity. You agree that any lawsuit or action in connection with this agreement will be brought in a court of record in Monroe County, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of said court(s).
